We grow our grass fed beef without any use of antibiotics or hormones.They are out in the lush grass all day. Because they get no corn or soy grain, they produce a very lean meat. People say we have the best tasting meat products around. Although beef may not be for you, it is up to us to produce the best that we can. We offer: stew, patties, ground, and all natural hot dogs.

Our humanely raised veal is also the best around. It has been compared to the kind of veal from "back Home in Italy" Our calves are fed milk and also get grass or hay "free choice" (meaning it is offered all the time)so they eat when they are hungry. They also go outside every day and they are not confined in small crates. Our veal calves are raised in a group, where they can interact socially with each other. They are free to run around in the field outside or just laze around if they like. Our veal is available in many styles: stew, ground, loin chops, shoulder chops, racks, osso bucco, and cutlets.

Our beef and veal goes to a USDA inspected plant to be harvested . There is is packaged into pound packages and frozen. It is then transported back to the farm when it is placed in the freezers in the farmstand for you to purchase.
